The meaning behind

INTGR@3x

More than the Sum of your parts

INTGR is drawn from the word integer—whole, complete and undivided. It’s a simple idea and yet can be incredibly difficult: stop living as separate versions of ourselves and begin bringing our physical health, inner life, relationships, work, faith and purpose into alignment.

Wholeness does not mean perfection. It means being honest about what has become fragmented, tending to what has been neglected and doing the steady work of becoming more fully the man you were made to be.

Feeling burnt out, lacking in meaning, overweight, depressed, anxious, dull and lonely? INTGR is step 1 on the journey.

Our Story

A story of defeat, hope and meaning

INTGR began during one of the lowest seasons of my life. I was burned out, depressed, overweight and caught in a psychological spiral that had left me feeling almost entirely hopeless. Physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually, I was barely alive.

Then one night, I struggled just to stand up from the sofa. It was a small moment, but something about it hit me: I couldn’t keep living this way.

I didn’t reinvent my entire life in that moment. I began with small steps: I started walking, eating differently and making one better decision at a time. Those small changes gave me evidence that I could still change—and that evidence gave me hope.

Over the following months, I lost more than 50 pounds and became stronger physically than I had been in years. My sleep, energy, bloodwork and overall health improved dramatically. With medical guidance, my need for certain medications changed. But the greatest transformation wasn’t something I could measure on a scale.

My mind became clearer. My creativity returned. My faith came back into focus. I began experiencing joy, curiosity and possibility again. I felt fully alive. And I began to understand that none of these changes happened in isolation. Our physical health affects our mental health. Our habits affect our confidence. Our relationships, work, faith and sense of purpose continually shape one another.

We aren’t a collection of disconnected parts. Body. Mind. Soul. It’s all one life.

Thoreau wrote that “the mass of men lead lives of quiet desperation.” Nearly two centuries later, I wonder how many men are still living that way—doing everything expected of them while quietly wondering, "is this it?"

INTGR grew from my belief that the answer can be no!

This isn’t about becoming a perfect man. It’s about becoming healthier, finding meaning and becoming whole. I’m still living this story myself. But I’ve learned something I want other men to know:

You are not finished.
